Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to offer you maximum peace of mind even after you order.

CANCELLATIONS:

As we are quite efficient in order processing – with most of our orders being shipped out on the day of your order or the next working day, any requests for cancellation must be put in by email, soon after placing your order. In such a case, your order will be promptly cancelled and you will be issued a prompt refund on the same day or within 1 working day.

In the event your order has been dispatched with a valid tracking number, you will need to put in a request in accordance with our refund policy stated next.

REFUNDS:

We have a full satisfaction or money back iron clad guarantee for our products. If you are unsatisfied with the product in any way including product damage just let us know upon receipt and we will be happy to refund your purchase. In case of product damage, you may be asked to provide proof through uploaded images depicting the damage so that we could file appropriate claims with the carrier. Refunds will be promptly issued upon your providing proof of return to origin of the disputed merchandise.
